You’ll have a 12' x 12' electric roll‑up door for easy access, along with 60‑amp electrical service that can be configured to your needs. Power, water, and high‑speed WiFi are all included, and every tenant has access to an on‑site luxury restroom facility.

The property provides dumpster service, plenty of parking, and easy access off Hwy 281 with a gated entry for added security. 24/7 security cameras monitor the site, and covered parking is available for trucks, trailers, and equipment if needed.
